Our passion for custom design stemmed from an unconventional introduction-our partnership with jewelry insurance providers and their policyholders. At the request of insurance companies, Seattle Diamonds began providing guaranteed pricing, top-notch customer service and beautiful replacement jewelry to policyholders who had suffered from a loss or damage of their personal jewelry articles. Often, we have recreated designs from photographs, other times simply from a client’s memory. This niche market opened up a new world for us. In 1990, Seattle Diamonds, made custom services available to all our clientele, transitioning design sketches into customized and beautiful jewelry creations– all with the right pricing, quality and value.
